There is no other word I can use to describe my experience with Kraeer Funeral Home but impeccable! Probably the most tragic loss in my family, My Sweet Nana, I could never have asked for a more perfect team to care for my Nana after I was no longer able to. My Nana was my entire world and I cared for her till her last breath. Upon contacting the funeral home which was recommended from a good friend, Sarah Noble personally called me back and we spent some time on the phone together. Her voice was warm, her words had meaning, I knew this woman was the one who I could trust to care for my Nana. As this was the first time I have had to make arrangements on my own, she made the entire process simple and professional. The next day I finally got to meet Sarah, whom I felt like I had known for years because of her caring personality. There in the room going over the processes and services offered, there was humor and and care from Sarah. At one point I laughed harder then I have laughed in a long time. How was it that I could be laughing so hard in a funeral home? Sarah!

She made my family and I feel like we were part of the Kraeer family. We were not going to do a viewing but Sarah promised it would give us closure and especially for me, a chance to see my Nana in a much better way then the last I saw her in the hospital as she passed. Sarah called up Nate who would be the next to care for my Nana. He was professional and introduced himself to my family. I knew from his warming and sympathetic manner that he was the perfect one to give the care that she needed.

What an amazing skill this gentleman has. Due to the time sensitivity of our situation, he was able to make my Sweet Nana look so beautiful in a short amount of time. I will forever be grateful that I got to see her one last time!

Sarah, Nate and the rest of the Kraeer Funeral Home family, thank you so much for everything you have done for my family and myself. I could not recommend a better place for these hard times other then here.

My dad past way and me and my brother was looking for a funeral home to plan a funeral for my dad and we met Sarah she was very Awesome and great and she really really helped me and my brother and mom my mom was very happy about her good service thank you so much Sarah 😘😘 See you at the Ceremony…

If anyone is ever of need of help with a funeral I highly recommend Sarah nobles at Kramer on sample road in pompano. If it had not been for her warning personality and beautiful soul, I’m not sure how my mother would of ever gotten through such a tragic moment. My husband passed at Hospice almost two weeks ago. Sarah Nobel of Kraeer Funeral home arranged to have my husband’s body picked up and taken to Kraeer on Sample Road. When we met her she sat down with myself, two dear friends, and my brother in law and gently explained what would happen next for our dearly departed. She took the time to ask who we were, about my husband and what we would like to know. She was so caring and thorough and made us feel at ease. She offered all kinds of support as well as many suggestions. She’s very creative and offered to speak with the funeral directors with whom we’d have to work since my husband’s body was going to be buried elsewhere. She and her staff were so warm and welcoming. I would surely recommend having Sarah Noble at Kraeer funeral home work with you in your time of loss. I’ve never met a more professional, caring and competent person.
