When I arrived, only the Dr was there,.. no staff. That part was fine; however, it gave me the opportunity to have a preliminary introduction to the Dr. IN going over the paperwork I had to fill out, she was not what you would call courteous, nothing alarming but I realized later that she just does not have good relationship building skills with her patients. When she was ready, we went back in the exam room. We were in there a minute when someone she personally knew walked into her place of business. She had a clearly personal conversation for way too long before I realized that it was not appropriate to leave a patient sitting in the exam room while she ‘caught up’ with this visitor. I heard every single thing she said and it was all personal and for her enjoyment. As a patient, I did not appreciate the apparent lack of consideration. Left her place of business and made appointment with a different Podiatrist.
