Best laser experience…and I’m no rookie. Brooke at the fort Lauderdale office is always accommodating and makes you feel comfortable. The treatments are quick and painless. I’ve completed my 8 sessions…time went by so fast. Will be booking more areas soon.

Finished my 8 sessions of laser hair removal on my underarms a few weeks ago and I have not one negative thing to say. The process is efficient and effective. Brooke at the Fort Lauderdale office is absolutely amazing! She explains everything. Is so sweet and patient. My results have been amazing and I can’t wait to finish the other areas of my body. Try them! You won’t be disappointed. I promise.

Was really looking forward to my appointment, as I had read all the positive reviews and had great need for the particular procedure I purchased. Unfortunately, when I arrived for my appointment, neither the receptionist nor the technician were wearing masks and didn’t put them on upon my arrival. During a deadly pandemic?! I was astonished by this. Perhaps you provide quality services, but your total disregard for the health and safety of your customers tells me everything I need to know. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend others do the same.

UPDATE: As upsetting as this incident was, I’m more than impressed with Nicole’s response. She immediately reached out to me personally to advise that she had taken appropriate action to remedy the unfortunate situation, and generously offered to comp the service for me if I were willing to give another chance. It’s pretty rare, in my experience, to encounter a business owner in South Florida who puts people before profits and goes to such great lengths to make amends. I’m leaving my original review (but updating the star rating from one to five) to demonstrate the exceptional service I received from Nicole. I look forward to returning next week under improved circumstances. Thank you so much.
