Had a great experience at Lauderdale Cyclery getting 2 bikes very quickly during this pandemic. They took the time to explain each types of bikes and what would suit us best. We love our bikes and have been enjoying the outdoors!

Nothing but good things to say about sales and mechanical support. I was looking to replace my 17 year old Specialized Crossroads Bike for a newer road riding that would be more comfortable for 25 mile rides as a recreational older rider. The Trek Verv3 low-step was recommended and has met all my needs. I felt the features I wanted were understood and matched for me. Also accessories were perfect choices, again specifically matched to what I was looking for without trying to oversell me. Rob set up my bike and was very patient in demonstrating the features and answering all my questions. He made sure the bike was set up properly for my height which is often not the case for short people. He is extremely knowledgeable and tweaked all the accessories to be most functional. I have already recommended Downtown Bicycles – Trek to friends, and would not hesitate doing so again. I write this, because buying a bike is a big investment and you want to have a relationship with a dealer you trust for future service.

Great experience buying my BOSS bike. Its a great bike and they were very helpful fitting me to the bike and getting it road ready.

For the past month I have been shopping around for a bike. A friend recommended Lauderdale Cyclery. Compared to all the other shops I visited, Lauderdale Cyclery is definitely a cut above the rest. Rob greeted and assisted me through the process of selecting my bike. He listened to my goals and had some suggestions as to what I might like to consider. I purchased my bike and Rob really set me on the right path for this new component to my wellness goals.
