The LAW OFFICES OF CIFUENTES & ASSOCIATES, P.A. Have done outstanding work with assisting us with a petition for residence for my step daughter. Today’s immigration system is not only difficult, the rules change constantly, and when you believe you have done everything right, more is required. We had actually reached the point of being rejected for the 3rd time because of increasing requirements. This is very disheartening and we were at the point of great concern. The lawyer called me at home and asked me a lot of questions that would help me to write a true and detailed affidavit that would really be helpful to our case. He also walked me through other documents that I could provide to really support the case. They then filed an appeal and we received my step daughters permanent residence several weeks later. That kind of care and attention is sometimes what is needed. The immigration lawyers are the ones who have the experience necessary to provide what is needed. It is not a system today that can be navigated or easily successful without this level of expertise. I am very grateful as well as my daughter for the help we received, and can tell you there was no better choice than the Law Office of Cifuentes & Associates. They went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned, and got us though a difficult case during a difficult time.
