This is a great place. blanca and Tina are the best the maintenance guys are super very friendly they take care issues fast thanks guy for Quick response on my refrigerator Tina thank you . Clean and nice apartment living here 3 years thanks everybody keep the good work

They LOVE to start construction as early as possible. They do countless useless things like repaint doors the same color when they don’t even have a pool heater… they raise rent every single year and they don’t even allow residents to vote on things to do. They just collect your money and spend it on whatever they see fit. Which is useless things like repaint the drive (which in 2 months already looks bad again) they’d rather waste money on this then update simple things inside units. I would not recommend this place to anybody i knew hands down. Avoid island club. They are cooperate and do not care about the people.

Tina, Blanca, Sherryl and the 3 maintenance guys which I do not know the name of them…y’all are amazing at Island club we’ve been leaving the for a few years now and they have not been nothing but nice and proficient especially Sherryl she goes above and beyond with our complaint and issues to make sure we are satisfied at all time. Thank you guys for making this an awesome place for me and my family to live…….you guys Rock!

I moved to the Island Club back in Nov. 2018 abruptly due to my job relocating from Delray Beach Fl; and I have had nothing but good things to say about this community. From the staff all the way down to the maintenance, everyone has shown impeccable services. I highly recommend this apartment complex to any new person that is thinking of moving here. It’s a very well kept community with beautiful landscaping. Bravo Island Club keep up the excellent services. Thank you!

I just recently was at this property looking for an apartment and I was Very Pleased at the Friendliness of the staff the moment I walked in the door of the office! I feel like Sherril took the time to listen to my exact needs and was able to give me the answers to all of my questions! Tina and Blanca introduced themselves to me and seemed Extremely Pleasant! Unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed right at that time, but I will definitely check them out again if I need an apartment in the future!
