Great gated new homes property in Deerfield Beach. Awesome finishings and layout. Options are available for finishings, townhome or single family with most having a water view. I want to buy one. My husband especially likes the entrance with the water feature

Great product, out of range for middle class single income households though. It’s disheartening. Only the wealthy can really enjoy the homes, everyone else will be working to only put a nice roof over their heads. Beautiful place

In general the materials and quality of components and building materials are subpar and obviously lowest bid options. I understand that to sell some of these homes at the prices they do some corners must be cut, but the quality and craftsmanship is not what you would expect from a brand new $400,000 home, buy elsewhere.

Buying a home is not an easy task, my last experience buying a new home was not good at all, so I am leaving this honest review because my experience was amazing this time at Veleiros and it is worth sharing. I’ll start by saying that I just did not know what I wanted, but Jade, our sales associate was extremely patient and showed many options more than once – Jade was always pleasant, never pushy, always receptive – Then she showed us the one house I never even thought of…and we loved it. She then referred us to David at Eagle Homes who was super responsive and very easy to work with. We closed on our beautiful home and could not be happier with it. We are very lucky our construction manager, Alberto, was super detailed oriented and gave us a perfect home in a beautiful community.
