Not only has LensCrafters not been able to get my prescription right, they have added things to my glasses that I didn’t want and didn’t authorize to be in my glasses. I returned the glasses and will likely never comeback to lens crafters unless out of necessity.

Vili was great, she took her time and listened and she found the perfect frames for me. She was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant. With a promotional offer from Lens Crafters the price was very competitive. However; it was the customer service that really impressed me.

Everyone was wonderful!!!! I saw Dr. Kramer, Ryan, Brielle and Barbara….all I can say is that they are an amazing team! They were all so kind and informative. Lots of education for those who want it! Ryan prepared me for my visit and was very efficient. Dr. Kramer gave me a thorough & educational exam. Brielle took her time with educating me about contact lens and encouraged me during training, which was truly appreciated. Barbara is the licensed optician and she took her time, educated me and made sure I left with the best pair of glasses! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you to this wonderful team and I will definitely be back again!!!

Veltchka was good and friendly. She knows me very well because I am disabled (deaf).

Everyone is friendly and polite. Billie and I go way back to over ten years ago. That is why I returned. She is the Best!
