I loved the service I received. The eye exam was very thorough. It didn’t take long to find frames that I loved. Rober was amazing to me. I am so grateful.

Just stopped in because my lens came out of frames.
Rober couldn’t have given me better service. They repaired the glasses in short order with the best customer service I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this store. BTW….no charge!!!

Not very happy with the customer experience at this location (Pompano Beach). While I was trying to get a replacement with the eyewear protection plan, the level of customer service was far away from satisfactory. His responses were always negative and with a lack of empathy. I decided to go to another store instead to find answers, solutions and appreciation for my business.
