I’ve been going to Life Line Automotive for a while, and my son started taking his car there a couple months ago. Every time we go, everyone is friendly and professional. They are honest which is most important to me. My son has had to take his car in for a lot of different things, and each time he goes – even if he doesn’t make an appointment – they always take their time and get the job done. I definitely recommend!

I recently had an issue where my car turned off on my way home from work. Nothing I did got it to start back up. The car sounded like it wanted to crank on but it wouldn’t budge. I ended up having it towed to Lifeline and they immediately found the problem was with the fuel system. Brian was really nice and professional asking me what happened and that they would work on it first thing in the morning. They really kept me informed on their progress with the car. When I finally get to take my car home Laura had such a personable and positive attitude, it really made us feel welcomed to be there and Don was very informative, giving us the complete break down of what happened with my car and how to be careful. They definitely earned another customer, I am glad I finally found a honest shop.
