Linden Pointe

Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve lived here less than 2 months and it’s been a nightmare. I had to spend the first 2 days cleaning paint and dust off of the closet shelves. On day 5 the a/c unit broke. The carpet had stains and a very clear worn path. The cabinet shelves and drawers were warped and stained.

I live on the 2nd floor. I’ve had dog urine from the 4th floor balcony dripping down onto my balcony. The tenant directly above me have kids that they let run around all day long. It sounds like moving day everyday. They also have a plant on their balcony that they water which then drips down onto my balcony. I’ve complained to the office and the most they have done is a “courtesy call”.

Find another place to rent!

This is a beautiful apartment complex, but there is no security. I’ve recently had multiple packages stolen from my front door. When brought to the attention of the office staff, I was informed that there are no security cameras in the open air hallways, and no other advice/solutions were provided. It’s upsetting to know that I can no longer have packages sent to my home for fear of them getting stolen- it makes me feel unsafe living here, and we will be moving when our lease is up.

Two nights in a row the building fire alarm has gone off at 2:45am. No one from management has attempted to reach out/apologize/inform about why this is occurring. When calling the office for reassurance, was told it is not currently being fixed, and I am expecting the alarm will go off again tonight. Will likely seek hotel accommodations, and may file suit for reimbursement.

The property is amazing. One of the best places to live. The amenities are great and the staff are outstanding, especially the Property Manager, Page. He really knows his job and sets a great example for his team. Highly recommend!

My experience moving into the building has been great. The service provided was outstanding. Stephanie helped me from beginning to end, and her efficiency and care made very easy my transition to this place, now called my new home! Thank you for your help
