June 24 2020: Was shopping a Tucson, and Jay the salesman is nice and I was 90% close to meet the deal, until the manager walked in. He told me that if I pay cash the price will be $1000 higher than the listing. He said the listed price is only for buyers who needs finance, and that it’s common for all car dealers to ask buyer an extra $1000 if the buyer want to pay cash. This is very inaccurate, false advertising and dishonest. So I walked out, and bought the same car at a nearby dealer where the people couldn’t be nicer and honest even though I had to spend a bit more on a better car. I won’t recommend this place

This dealership was the bestttt place I’ve been to. Been shopping for my dream car and it was a task until I came here. My representative was Ann-Marie. We spoke over the phone and I went in and met up with her. She was very polite & patient and know about the cars. I was impressed with service I received and the manager Alex was also great to me. Definitely recommends this place and sent few of my friends there. We all just love how they handle business and is very detailed with all the needed information.

This was my first car buying experience and I must say Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Pompano Beach made it a good one. The customer service was impeccable. The fiance manager Sami walked me through the whole process and really did a good job with helping me find the best deal giving my credit isn’t the best. Ann Marie was very knowledgeable, professional and really helped me understand the bases of my purchase. Happy customer!!!
