This was the most frustrating and time consuming experience I have ever gone through. You’d have better luck getting through to the IRS. Then, if you do get through, they will likely hang up. After numerous attempts, I got William in parts. After communicating which part I needed, he sent me a cc authorization form in which I responded almost immediately. At that time, he still did not provide me with a shipping cost or tell me how much my card would be charged for. That was the last correspondence I had with him. I could not get a hold of him or anyone in the parts department from thereon out. I tried going through the service department, and they screened my call before forwarding me to William. Instead, I was actually routed to a Mike’s voicemail. I was not aware of the status of the part or how much the total was (they didn’t run the card for a couple days) until the package arrived at my door. And, it was completely beat up with poor packaging. If my local dealer held this part, I would go through them. I highly recommend finding your part elsewhere, even if it’s out of state.

Preformed work not authorized, then said they did not have the technicians or equipment to do the repair. Had no problem charging 1,200.00. Would never use again

Let me start by saying that I never leave bad reviews because I know they can harm businesses. With that being said, I am shocked at how horrible this stealership is. Karl in the service department lied to me numerous times. He assured me my truck would be repaired within 10 days and it was at their shop for 45 DAYS. They didn’t look at it for weeks.
On top of that they over charged me which I expected but the truck is still not driveable. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Thanks again Karl for wasting my time and money. You’re the best! TV

I really would like to leave no stars. These people will lie and tell you your service will be done in a timely fashion, but in reality they will sit on it for a week and not even start anything. We had appointment and after 5 days I finally went back and picked up before work was started. Please do your homework before bringing your vehicle in to them. Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I should have read other reviews first.

I send my RV there I meet Joel at the service department very good service and Jason the guy in charge in the garage very nice also I recommend this place
