Lou’s Giant Subs & Deli

I used to like this place but last two times I ordered the box was not closed and my salad fell out of the bag. And this time I waited two hours and they forgot my salad. Never again. Order update **** I received the salad they forgot and it was wrong. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and they gave me some scooped chicken? It was so gross I couldn’t even look at it. Immediately put it in the trash 🤢

I recently placed a $71 order on-line here and was told my order would be ready for pick up at 2:00pm. As this was a curbside pick up order, I arrived at the parking lot at 1:45pm. I called and told them that I had arrived but I was early and had no problem waiting until 2:00. I waited until 2:10 pm before calling a second time. The person who answered the phone seemed confused and unaware of my order but finally found it saying it was going to be ready in a few minutes. I waited another 10-15 minutes and called again. This time I was told they were busy and my order would be delivered when It was ready and he hung up. About 10 minutes later my order was brought to me. I asked if everything was there and was reassured that indeed it was. The food was good and wrapped well. Good food but very poor service.

You know me and my wife went yesterday sandwiches were great but they need a little work on the works Philly steak cheese..

Been going for years, always a fresh taste. Rolls could use some help, personally I prefer the harder seeded pointed type,

lost my business today after 25 years of my loyalty. the last three or four times I’ve gone there in the morning and have been greeted with a what are you doing here so early kind of attitude. that’s not the way you’re supposed to treat your loyal customers . If you don’t want customers walking into your business at 8:40 am. Then change your hours don’t make me drive down there and then act like you don’t want me in your store .I’ve been good to this business for a long time. There’s a lot of good competition out there but I wanted to try to give the local mom and pop businesses my business. I guess it’s because there’s all new staff there and probably New Management. it’s not the same Lou’s it once used to be so good luck and farewell.
