Very professional from start to finish. Friendly people. Informative. The workers were very clean and quick. Did a GREAT job. Informed me on care of granite. Had a small problem and they worked overtime and even came on saturday to finish the job.

We needed to match a piece of granite for a new large shelf in our kitchen to the existing granite that was installed about six years ago. From our first contact on the phone with Julia inviting us to look at granite pieces in their yard, to selecting the best match, to the perfect measurements taken, to the installation — everything was perfect. No one looking at the new shelf would ever know it was done at a different time. Thank you to everyone who worked with us at Marble & Granite Connection for making this project so successful.

I am absolutely shocked how I was treated by this company Luciana the owner of this company. I knew from the first phone call what type of person Luciana was. These people are very condescending as to avoid taking any responsibility for what they have done. In general, they think they are better than you. They minimize their part in the problem having no interest in the solution. They loudly speak over you. They deflect they did anything wrong. They lie.
Luciana bragged about how great she is by responding to all my complaints and sending people back to correct them. I’m sorry, I don’t care about your time. You are wasting my time! This should have been perfect the first time. How many times to you want someone to return to your home to fix damage and mistakes you made!?! I told my salesperson Sirlene, I did not want to speak with her again. I was not subtle about the reasons.
For the 4th visit I needed to have the granite attached to one of the cabinet bottoms. I was yelled at by Luciana. She said I should have checked if the granite was installed before the installer left. Do you want to pick a slab of granite to see if it in installed. I didn’t. Not my job. She sees to thing as with all of the return visits it was not their fault it was my fault because I did not check everything they missed before he left. I did not no there were any problems until I worked in the kitchen.
The installer left half way through the job to go to another. This was also denied by the owner. Again to deflect she was not responsibility for any of the problems that occured.
The owe me $350 to have someone come out and fix what they did. They offered no compensation.

Over the past several years I have used this company for every job , from my home office, indoor bar , outdoor bar, bbq island, dinning room table & my wife’s walk in closet . They are family owned & operated and do fantastic work! I personally like the family and love dealing with them on a one on one bases. I look forward to my next project which will be defiantly calling them. If you are looking for quality work from a reliable company stop looking you just found them….

Marble and granite connection is definitely the place to go for your Granite needs. They have a large yard filled with hundreds of slabs in every possible color you could possibly want. Their technicians did a phenomenal job on installation and I couldn’t be happier. I give them five stars for their massive amount of material to select from and fine service.
