Terrible Customer Service. What a joke? Unbelievable
Taking the transit bus is great…. it saves you gas, mileage and repairs on you car! Sit back and enjoy the ride people! You can’t beat it. Ride the buses!
Broward County Transit? What a joke. I called to find out information that was not listed on their website. Little did I know that this would turn into such a hassle to the point where I just gave up. I called administrative offices, and was transferred to customer service, where I met a rather rude man. This man told me he doesn’t know the answer to what I’m asking and gave me the number to the Broward County office. After calling the office, I was told to hold while they gathered the information. After being on hold for a while, someone picked up the phone and just proceeded to hang up. Apparently the staff at these locations don’t have the ability to comprehend a simple question such as “are fishing rods allowed on a bus”… I would give 0 stars if I was able to.
This service is a joke. The drivers are insanely rude. They are always late. There’s a new business driver on route 10, the bus is never on time for 5:15 pm and we ended always missing our connection on the 34 bus going on sample road. He’s been there for 2 weeks now and for 2 weeks we’ve been late. I’m always late to pick up my son from daycare and they charge a $1 for every minute late and it’s not fair. And also these buses’ schedule should be in line with their connections-it makes no sense for business 62 to be scheduled to arrive on sample and Riverside Dr a minute before the 34 making us wait a whole hour for another 62 just because we missed it by a minute. Busses and their schedules should run to serve the community and their needs and not make us feel like nobody cares as long as they get paid. Operators are so rude too and will not hesitate to hang up on you. Like seriously!
Most drivers are rude and only concerned with going home.
Exited today’s(Sunday, 9/25/2016) final 34 Westbound ending at 8:44pm, telling the driver I would grab my bike, and as soon as I’m out she pulls away with my bike still on the rack. After she made her final loop at Coral Ridge & Sample, she heads back my way to go to the garage. Now on the side of the road she was passing on, I tried waving her down and calling out to her, seeing as my bike was still on the rack, to no avail because she waved me off and kept speeding away.
Can we get more courteous staff please? Aren’t you guys petitioning for a raise in sales tax to pay your driver’s salaries? How about you earn it…..?
