I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday afternoon this week because the exterminator didn’t have everything he needed from last Tuesday. I live in an apartment complex so they are here once a week. I waited from 4 – 6pm and the exterminator never showed or called. I was mad and I spoke with our maintenance manager and he said he would have him come back on Wednesday morning, I took the morning off to be home and once again he never showed. I tried to get an answer or reschedule all day Thursday only to be told at 2pm the couldn’t come out today but the promised to be here Friday morning before noon. I waited from 8 – 12, no phone call, no excuses, no show. This is absolutely unacceptable and the company should be ashamed!!!

Very disappointed with the Boca Raton Branch. I have pest control and a Termite Bond with Massey. I called early last week to schedule an appointment to assess new onset WDO damage and a different branch was accepting their calls due to some situation that inhibited my usual office from receiving calls. I received a call back the next day and had an appointment set for Friday. The technician was a no show and because of my limited availability a backup appointment was scheduled for Monday (today) between 9-10a.m. Again a no show. I attempted to call the office and there was a recording that the phones were down. I attempted to call the corporate 1-888 number and it rang once and then went silent each time I called. I get emergencies happen but there are back up methods to communicate with your customers. If we didn’t have a bond with them I would change companies. Seems like there is a disconnect with communication. I have requested 3 times to be contacted the night before regarding set appointments. They offer this but don’t honor it!

I called Massey and Peter was able to come out the same day. He did a very thorough inspection of my home and was in the attic for a very long time inspecting. I have had other companies inspect and none of them ever spent as much time as Peter did. He explained everything to me and was able to answer all my questions and boy do I ask a lot of questions 😊 Peter was very patient with me. I decided to sign up for pest control and termite protection because I felt that Peter was honest and trustworthy. I am definitely telling all my friends and family about Massey Services and how they take pride in their customers!
