Horrible customer service lady there doesn’t know left from right. Didn’t want to leave her desk to help or get samples… cancelled my acct never going back avoid this store!!

Price, service excellent.

Don’t take their word for it when they say they have the flooring you need. We provided square footage and they said yes we have it, here’s our price. We of course paid up front and when we went to pick up our order, we were told they only had half the order in stock, we have to wait a week for the rest. A week later we are assured its all ready for pick up, great! Go to pick up and, “oh by the way, your order is short 8 boxes. No more in stock right now at any of their locations. We’ll have to wait a month”. Who does business like that??! I paid up front and am on a schedule. Already had to push back kitchen install 1 week and now this?! The flooring we do have, we are starting today, I can’t keep living in a house with no kitchen. But this means my bedrooms will not be finished until the rest of the boxes come in. Unacceptable. Make sure these people have 100% of your order when and where they tell you before you pay.

**Follow up 10/13/20** Again we are told our remaining flooring was in. My husband makes the drive only to be told, not only are the floors not in, but they are dicontinued!! But supposedly they are expecting more and we can expect our remaining boxes to finish our home THE END OF NOVEMBER! This company is the most irresponsible and incompetent there is. Obviously no one knows how to do cycle counts or take inventory and we the consumer suffer. Mind you, they have payment in full and our flooring is done throughout most of our house, but we need the remaining to finish the last room. I will lose my s#@t and raise hell if we don’t recieve the rest of our order.

Masters is the best place to purchase Good quality material. James & Viviane we’re professional & had a good energy for their customers. I recommend Contractors to come & purchase material @ masters💯🔥📐
