If I could leave zero stars I most definitely would 2:30 am this morning I ordered a big Mac with a medium Coke the big Mac tasted just fine BUT My coke tasted extremely funny when I removed the lid I then smelled it and it smelled like roaches have been crawling all over the packaging of wherever these cups came from . It smelled very foul and honestly couldn’t even drink the rest of it so you can basically say McDonald’s is selling roach Coke cola, just terrible I highly recommend that THE FOOD HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD COME TO THE LOCATION AND SEE IF THEY EVEN PASS INSPECTION. I should file a complaint to my attorney because I could get seriously sick considering many people are as well allergic to roaches Drinking roach coke

They get ONE STAR because there are no choices for anything less.
Had to repeat my order 4 times at the Drive through and then twice more at the window. What’s so hard about adding extra mustard, onion and pickles to a burger????
I worked at McDonald’s as a kid 15 to 19 so I am familiar with grill orders…
Avoid this place…they will loose their franchise if anyone from Chicago HQ ever visits!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was very polite when asking for my meal and they forgot half of it. The person taking orders had the biggest attitude and this is definitely my last time going to that McDonalds. Not cause of the food but cause of the employees.

I love the kindness of the staff even when it’s busy. I appreciate the ability to get breakfast for the kids after enjoying the beach. Thank you for a little normalcy.

The Mgr Jesse gave excellent customer service. My niece dropped her frape when we got home. I went back to the store expecting to pay for it again & he graciously replaced it. Thank you for your kindness!!!!! And the last few visits there have really been great. No complaints. Its my preferred McDonald’s!!
