Med Lab Supply

I have been waiting for Med Labs to take the money for my order it has been pending for 6 days its a $10.09 order and taking 6 days very ridiculous .have been trying to call but no ever picks up the phone just right to voice mail. To me very sketchy. They said they were sending me a tracking number upon first conversation i got nothing . So to me this is bad business and when i talked to a Representative it sounded like she was on vacation laughing with other worker and just talking to them like your not there .dont recommend this company use a different you might lose your money with this company.

I purchased hopital masks from this company. Everytime I went to wear one, the ear strings popped off. I threw away the box so they could fit in the drawer. Even though they had a record of my purchase, they refused to give me a refund. I was a good customer, and actually had sent many.people to them. I will NEVER order from there again! The masks were defective, and that didn’t change, regardless if I kept the box, or not. They don’t stand behind what they sell. It just the $$$$$ to them! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I’ve emailed them 4-5 times about their products that have been out of stock forever now. And no reply terrible customer service!

Placed an order on 3/25/2020, paid for 2-day air. Today on 4/1/2020 status still says processing. I have called 5x and emailed 3x and no response. The phone number states you will get a live customer support agent then clicks over to leave a voicemail. This is my second time ordering from them–first time was fine but now the company is not responsive. Would like a response.
