Kurt was awesome in helping me with my survey for a 26ft runabout! I was looking at the boat in Fort Lauderdale FL from my home in Delaware. He was professional and awesome to work with and it was the best investment I’ve ever made. Kurt started the survey right on the agreed upon date and time and called it off after less than an hour. He found major moisture issues and many other hidden things that did not show in pictures or records. Saved me from a “Stinker Sinker” as he likes to call them. Saved me so much money on a bad boat, as well as saving me time and money flying down and shipping the boat. Can’t thank Kurt enough, will never buy a boat without a survey now! Kurt was also a great relationship builder and has helped me so much with answering questions even when he wasn’t getting paid to do so. Thanks Kurt!

Kurt is an extremely knowledgeable surveyor.
On the first boat he surveyed for me as part of a prepurchase inspection he was able to determine that the boat had previously partially sunk and that the rear hull was saturated with water.
I was able to avoid buying a floating disaster.
That’s the kind of surveyor you want , period.

SUPERB!! – I was very fortunate to have found Kurt. I recently started to get acquainted to the boating industry and needed assistance with having a boat in Ft. Lauderdale surveyed. When I called him, he was on vacation in New York, but referred me to one of his associates. Over the top GREAT surveyor. I’m a repeat customer from 15 years ago and he is even more knowledgeable now. First survey for a 7 year old Grand Banks classic in 2006 and now a current survey for a 14 year old Grand Banks Aleutian 59 RP with very complex systems. He also works very well with, cooperates and enhances the work of the CAT engine surveyor. His service does not stop with the delivery of the survey either. I just can not recommend him enough. He is well worth the airfare to get him to your prospective yacht purchase.

Kurt was phenomenal! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. His survey was very thorough from start to finish.
