Miami Subs Grill

Place is horribly slow. Waited in line for 30 minutes before they would take my order and it was only 2 cars in front of me…I just went around and left without placing my order. Went again a month later while at work. 10 pm the lobby closed and I couldn’t drive my work vehicle through the drive thru because…its an ambulance. The staff wouldn’t even let me call in an order. Will never come here again.

Miami subs is a good place to go to eat doing lunch or dinner for the rest of the night

Took forever to get my meal and I was the only customer there. Ordered a seafood platter. 1 pc. of fish, 4 shrimp, 2 hushpuppies, some fried clams & 5 lbs of french fries. Not much for $10 unless you’re a big French fries fan. $2.50 for a drink? There are other options for me!

My wife went here with some friends awhile back, so we ended up going ourselves. The food was great and our waiter was very attentive. I think we’ll be going back!

The food is always great but the customer service is seriously lacking. It’s been two times that I’ve that I’ve gone to this location and I have been given attitude for no reason and an employee almost dropped my food. I really like the food but if this continues I will not be coming back. I spend almost $40 every time I go with that being said for the amount of money I spend every time I go as a customer I expect better customer service.
