Larry and his service tech Mr. Woodley have been servicing my Ac for at least 8 yrs. Always on time and does great work. Goes out their way to meet your needs and are always a text or phone call away. Real down to earth people and finds the best solutions to get your ac working strong and efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you ever need service or a new unit. Glad to have met these guys.

Installed a new AC unit for me 18 years ago at very competitive rates and have serviced it periodically ever since. Air handler went out last week and Larry helped us decide the most economical approach. Replaced the handler and had my AC back on within a half-day.

Horrible service. Bill was totally padded and AC still broken. He literally charged us $85 an hour and then drank a coke staring off into space for 20 minutes. Also charged us for his travel time without telling us he was 45 minutes away (there was no address on the card and it was a local phone number). The manager was extremely belligerent and hung up on me.

The worst we paid $7000 two years ago for a new AC and it’s broken more than the last one. Every time the guy comes out it another $400 and then it’s broken again a month later.
