Theodore was the most helpful, he understood my problem and advised me that I’ll have my order refunded for the coils, awaiting to see if I’ll be receiving a replacement on the device that has a burnt plastic aroma now due to a shorted coil. I’ll update my review upon receiving hopefully a new device (if you want to keep me as customer. Which I hope you will.

Purchased Mig Vapor’s Khan less then a month ago online. The 1st time I used it had awful foul taste as if plastic was melting or something like that. Also, the battery does not last any way near the claims on there web and by customer service. Also, there csr rep. wants to to take video of the device battery level after 2 sessions. Even though I told them the inhale almost taste toxic. We will see what happens with customer service and maybe update review.

I am changing my review based on there customer service. Sean whet above and beyond to satisfy me. So A+ service! The Khan is will built and looked great. It’s possible I just received a bad one it can happen. So trust MiG Vapor and from there website have awesome products. I’m going to purchase some things now. 👍

Mig Vapor sells quality product at good prices. They also have great customer service. I placed an order that seems to be held up by USPS. I contacted Mig Vapor and their service manager, Sean Walker contacted me and explained the hold up to me. He also shipped the order to me via priority FedEx right away. Their customer service resolved the problem in a time manner. I will be their customer for a log time coming. I recommend them for their quality, pricing and customer service.

I have been using Mig Vapor for a couple of years now. Their products are great, super fast shipping times and excellent customer service. On the rare occasion I do have an issue with a product, they are very quick to remedy the issue. Today I realized my recently purchased Bug Mini was no longer charging. I contacted customer service and Sean Walker had a new one shipped to out to me in just a few minutes. They work hard to create customer loyalty and it works!
