Took care of my problem and made sure to have it covered by warranty

I had a really bad service…. I rent a car and the receptionist gave me false information and when her boss ask her about those information she lied…. So I am a disabled person(I got Loo Gehrig disease )who got a car accident (somebody rent in my back) and I don’t have any car to carry me because they rent the adapted van that the assurance rent for me to somebody else so I had to give it back 😡😡😡😡😡👿👿👿

So if you want to go there …. be careful or best go elsewhere

Had a recall on my Dodge caravan. Service was excellent and Neal the service manager went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction of work done.
Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Will definitely return my vehicles for service.

Truck returned with mounting hardware loose in bed of truck along with plastic wrapping and some papers left in the cab. Scooter arms were missing tightening bolts and the arms were both scratched, they also left the tiller flapping around in the back. Mind you, the lift didn’t even stay on the truck, the VA sent them the wrong one, which makes them leaving hardware, papers behind more questionable also the scratches, loose tiller, etc. makes you question how the final product would have been??? I sent them pictures and didn’t receive any response that it would be addressed or anything of the sort.
