I am posting this review for the exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism that Shawn Acevedo has performed. His patience and ability to problem solve was above and beyond anything I have experienced with previous appliance companies.Although COVID delayed my refrigerator/freezer delivery in a timely fashion, he was kind enough to work on my behalf to help me function in my kitchen with a loaner. I highly recommend both Shawn and this company for excellence in customer service and care.

Excellent and professional staff. I had the pleasure of working with Mary. One could not ask for a more professional representative. I also met Kevin on this recent visit. He is a great representation of what management everywhere should be. Awesome job guys!

Great showroom. Lots to see and choose from. The sales process was great. Mary was patient, knowledgeable, and service oriented. I haven’t received appliance delivery as of yet, so this rating is solely for the sales process. Will update in the future based delivery and installation.

Customer service is what sold me on Monark. Shawn was fantastic & made everything easy. I had estimates from two other places but the service just wasn’t comparable to Monark. I would recommend Monark to my family & friends.
