Moon and Stars Spa Nails

I rarely have professional manicures these days; I take care of it myself without polish. Felt like color today and my cuticles needed neatening up. Went to Moon & Stars as it’s about a mile from home and I had been a regular there years ago when owned by two different people.

I was greated warmly. My temp was not taken. I was asked to wash my hands upon arrival. The nail tech (I’ll leave her name out of this) was not warm. In fact, she was downright cold, never once looked at me, and did not really listen when I told her what I wanted. I had to ask her to re-shape as she didn’t shape as asked. In the great scheme of things, this isn’t that important; but when I spend $18 for a regular manicure, I expect a certain level of service. And others who read reviews can make informed decisions. I’ll either try another nail tech or go elsewhere.

This was my 3rd or 4th time. This time Tesha did an amazing job! Im in love with my nails. She was also so nice. The whole stuff is amazing and make u feel amazing!

I just had my first facial and I must say it was an amazing experience. My technician was Unique and she was very professional and provided me with a great experience and good service. I would definitely recommend Moon Star Spa Nail to anyone looking for a good facial care.

Anna is amazing! She does my brows and facials. She is attentive, gentle, and friendly but very efficient and skilled at her craft. My face is looking the best it ever has, and my brows are consistently complimented everyday!
