STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY: This company is affiliated or is also First United, nothing but a scam broker that takes your money. They refer to it as a deposit! It’s not, you see none of the upfront so called deposit back). After you pay them, they simply find you a carrier and there done.Carriers are scam artists as well, not even joking they are out of service, license revoked, and not able to move belongings out of state, not one carrier but TWO. They pick up your belongings, the original estimated costs doubles and triples from what First United reeled you in with (usually a low, to good to be true offer). Customer service is a joke, they take your money and that’s it. Anyone that is having issues with this company or their scam carrier, do your research and look up the company’s DOT# with the FMCSA website while you’re on there and file a complaint. It literally makes me ILL that this company and the Carriers they subcontract out, could put a family through such a disaster of a long distance move. Our belongings were picked up the end of May and here we are in July and still no stuff, with a carrier that is revoked (out of service) and no longer able to deliver out of state and First United as well as both carriers refuse to tell us where our belongings are even being stored, but continue to demand money. Furthermore, the carriers did not provide an inventory, or shipping papers. So please no matter what your circumstances are, avoid this company, avoid perfect movers and storage, avoid American Movers (both out of service/revoked). Do your research and choose a company that actually gets the job done and less of a hassle for the same price.

This has been one of the worst moves I have had. The company is very dishonest and adds on additional fees at time of move. Their only response was you should be more careful with your contract and read it more closely for the excessive fees that’s they charge. I spoke with their reps many times and mentioned my larger furniture. They reassured me I didn’t need to wrap them myself and it was part of my contract. At the time of the move I was told my table tops were considered fragile because it’s marble and it’s not covered by my contract. They charged me an additional $400 fee wrapping it despite being reassured several times by Pure Moving reps that the furniture is covered in the move. Also they are only a third party company and only find your movers. They will not disputed or assist at all with the actual moving company. Do yourself a favor and contact an actual moving company instead of them.

These guys treated us patiently and provided an amazing service from the very beginning. On move day they showed up 15 minutes late, but that was nothing compared to their great commitment. I was pleased that they took great care of all our things. It was a fantastic experience.

This is really one of the best moving companies out there. They stick to every promise and offer an amazing price. There is nothing else i can think of when searching for a home mover.

Our large cross country move was executed beautifully by Pure Moving & Storage Corp. We worked with great people and they were highly recommended and extremely professional, listened to all of our concerns and recommendations. They offer a great price and good service, nothing else i need from a moving company. All of our stuff arrived safe, and we would definitely use Pure Moving & Storage again if given the opportunity.
