Buy at your own risk!!poor service is the norm,so don’t expect it.They will not accept your return regardless of what the reciept states.you will make your purchase with confidence,and as the manager Robin stated sarcastically “try cooperate napa store see if they will take it”.Well,I found that the hard way he is right…every store is independently operated with no obligations or rules across the board to ensure good customer service.so screw you!!I dare you to loose your money in the unfortunate step of you having to return and get your hard earn money back.
