Excessive and incorrect charges, (which the oppositions Attorney found in court,) she was deceiving under oath to protect herself from dishonest conduct. Angela does not protect you and your case; she only tries to make the Judge happy, communication was terrible and on occasions did not hear from her for days and days and days!!! She’s an emotional Attorney, which you NEVER want. She removed herself from my case IN ERROR and caused me enormous anxiety and stress which she never apologized for. I asked her at first to mediate my case, and she never did and charged me exuberant fees. She ensured me that her closing statements were complete, and when I asked her for copies she never provided them; and the PROOF was in court when she did not provide a detailed closing statement which I ended up loosing my case!!! Again, charging me exuberant charges for all of the above, and not delivering. THE LIST GOES ON…. In my opinion, I would never use or refer Angela Neaves to anyone.

Angela did a drawn out contempt and modification for me. It took Angela years to complete during this time the client was diagnosed with cancer. Angela put the file on the back burner to complete other clients work and I paid over $18,000.00 not chump $.
During mediation for the 3rd time, she cohered her client to sign. The client attempted to walk out 3 times and Angela would not allow her. Then Angela explained how my receipts were too old to be reimbursed for. She also spoke of her other clients during mediation. Ie: US Army guy. a teacher and a NY guy who Angela represented and revealed confidential stories to me, another client!She was a model in her day who still can play the “system” ,gets by on her looks with the judicial system. Get a free veal and judge for yourself. In my opinion she is a hot mess that needs some focus meds.
