From the time I reached out to New Era for a quote to completion of the project Felix always responded in a timely. I considered this process to be incredibly innovative, and time saving. Their bid was within $2000 of all the other bids I received, all of which were consistent as to price point. What sold me was their reputation and the high praise the firm was given by their customers. That praise is well deserved. What I especially appreciated, was the effecient, painless and quick process the company employs. They did not touch my roof until the tiles were delivered. Receiving the order can take up to eight weeks. Once the tiles were in hand, a HUGE team of workmen removed my old roof and discarded all of the debris in ONE day. We were able to use our driveway in the evening and were never inconvenienced in any manner, during the intense period of construction. New tiles were installed after the initial inspections were performed. The entire process took all of ten days. The company performs background checks on their workmen, so you can feel secure that the men who are working at your home are are all of good character. I can honestly say that their team is incredibly hard working and all of them conducted themselves like gentlemen while on my property. I would use them again without hesitation and have recommended them to several family members who need a roof replacement.
