Melissa was great from the very first visit.. we had some challenges as far as a delivery date but got it all squared away.. Jeff the driver and both the West Palm loading crew and the Statesville unloading crew were AWESOME…Jeff was a pleasure to work with and so glad we communicated at the pick up which cleared up even more confusion.. i would recommend again,.. If I did it again I might even try to request the same crews.. only 1 broken glass.. great job…

So terrible! They sent a small truck and took half of our belongings. Then delivered a full week late with awful attitudes. Making a claim is a nightmare. Very rude staff. Unbelievable! Worst moving experience ever. NEVER use this company. Run!!! The sales lady who sold the move was so nice and made a great impression. Then passed us on to terrible hands.

I was SO pleased with North American! My move required a fast pickup but then a hold of 30 days, and they really worked with me to accommodate my request. The pickup and the delivery guys were all fantastic and they helped make the move a wonderful experience. I highly recommend North American!

They were polite, professional and took good care of our belongings. I would definitely use them again.

RUN! This company is a gigantic headache and money trap! Personally worked with Grant and he lied about EVERYTHING to get my business. Then hit me with multiple last minute contract revisions after I had put down a deposit AND already had signed the first iteration of the contract.
If I had had time to arrange new moving plans, I would have. This company and its employees are scum. They will find every way to change the agreed upon price and delivery date!
