Staff super nice and speedy. Doctor too. ER clean and big Got X-ray and splint and sent home all within 2 hours. 😁. So lucky we came here👍

Today I went to Broward General North hospital to get my covid vaccine and it was a very professional and smooth process. It was quick, easy and convenient . Everyone was polite and kind and efficient. From the time I arrived to the parking lot they directed me to a parking space. Walked right into the facility without waiting in line. A very attentive person signed my in. Waited in a comfortable seating area for about 5 min. Was directed to a nurse who painlessly gave me the vaccine. Monitored for 15 min to be sure there was no adverse affect. Great experience. Thank you to everyone who helped get this done.

I am very grateful for the attention that they gave me when I entered the emergency room for covid 19 and then on the 9th floor.

Don’t understand all the negative reviews. Perhaps they have cleaned house or met with outside consulting services. I went in for a serious medical procedure and experienced nothing but caring, professional, skilled and light hearted medical and support personnel. The operation was carried out in a very clean, efficient facility and post op care was exceptional even filling all medications prior to discharge. It was a pleasant surprise after experiencing some not so stellar situations at other South Florida hospitals.

I was hospitalized for 4 days on July 2020 for COVID-19. Since I checked in the Emergency room they treated immediately, the care was excellent. I always felt safe. The doctors and nurses all very knowledgeable of what they are doing. The food was abundant and the attention was very good. I was able to return to home healthy. Thank you very much.
