Andrew Wilkinson was hands down the best sales person I’ve dealt with in my lifetime! He is #1 most respectful. He actually listens to what you’re saying. He explains the benefits of the accessories as well as the downside of the vehicle. He is extremely patient, kind and understanding. Absolutely no pressure to make a decision. Due to several factors, I took 4 days to decide to purchase a car. He then delivered it and took the time to explain the features of the car, once again. A friend referred him to me and I am very grateful! I will definitely be referring Andrew Wilkinson to anyone interested in purchasing an automobile! He knows the product!!!!

We recently bought a Subaru Outback (our first!) from North Fort Lauderdale Subaru. Overall, we had an excellent experience with this dealership and Andrew Wilkinson is honestly the best car salesperson we’ve ever worked with. Buying a car is a big commitment and it’s important to work with a person you can trust — not someone who’s pressuring you to make a quick sale.

Andrew is knowledgeable, patient and honest, and throughout our decision-making process, was committed to helping us find the right car at the right price that would meet our specific needs, according to our timeline. His sales approach is to listen and put the customer first. The night we picked up our new car, Andrew even gave us a final helpful tutorial to get us off on the right foot. Beyond all that, he’s a genuinely nice (and funny) person who also happens to have a charming British accent. Andrew is a great ambassador for Subaru because he knows what great cars these are and his genuine enthusiasm for the product he’s selling shows.

We’ve found our Subaru Outback to be very solid, safe and comfortable. It’s such a good-looking, sporty wagon AND it doesn’t look like every other car on the road. It’s just a super cool car and we’re thrilled to be driving it.

I went to see if I could trade in my Subaru and was politely greeted by a gentleman named Andrew. I could tell he was about providing great customer service and not to sell me. His customer service was great, but what I appreciated most was how transparent and honest he was being. He told me about every fee they charged and why, so I wouldn’t be surprised or blindsided by the total amount due. I would highly recommend asking for Andrew if you’re going to look for a car. Honesty goes along way and his honesty helped me into a new car.

I was so pleased with the dealership and the salesman at N Ft Lauderdale Subaru. Andrew first helped me via E-mail with a great quote on the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. He was on top of things without being too pushy which I appreciated. Once I was ready to visit the dealership, he had the perfect vehicle cleaned and ready for me to test drive. Andrew was finishing with a customer, so Justin sat in on the test drive and imparted a lot of information about the SUV. Both of them helped to make my dealership experience a good one. After the purchase was complete, Andrew sat with me in the vehicle for almost an hour, going over all of the features that were new to me. He was so kind and patient. He has been in touch since to make sure that my driving experience is a positive one.
