Needed a quiet space with internet to work, there were three staff members, no patrons that I saw when arriving or leaving.

Peaceful with apollo park next to it the library is a great source for quiet…to get research and business done…

BEST public library in Pompano! Literally they have (almost) every book you need. Some books are just for reference and need to stay in the library (out-of-print books mostly). Librarians are knowledgable and helpful. Once a librarian tried to help me check out an out-of-print book on “special terms”.

If you have young children don’t come to this library. Although there are some blocks & wooden toy objects for them to engage with, they can’t make so much as a peep or you will be asked to leave. Just not child friendly, FYI. The security guards & their staff could use some customer service skills.
