Unexpectedly stumbled upon this place while waiting for a food truck order yesterday. The place was extremely clean, interesting and the bar tender was very friendly. They offered just about everything. However, their main focus was ale, sourish type of brews that are aged in barrels (so cool) but if your not into that no worries, they have a whole local brew menu with all kinds of different beers. I tried the past and future that was on tap. It was a nice crisp beer with a honey finish. Hoping to meet Franky the cat next time we stop by.

These are by far the best wild ales in the US. No need to go to Brussels for delicious funk when Fort Lauderdale is so much closer.

The Brewery is unique along with their beer flavors. Staff was excellent! Great place to hang out and enjoy some great beer.

We were looking forward to trying their beers and ordering a pint. However, they do not let you taste anything first. The bartender said no breweries will let you taste anything kinda hatefully. Well, they were brewery number 13 for our Florida trip and all the 12 other ones had let us taste first. Seriously, little plastic cups aren’t that expensive. We walked out without ordering because I’m not going to pay that high of a price for a pint of something I might not even like.

Our beer tender was very knowledgeable. However, the people in our party, some who enjoy sour ales and beers found the flavors of the different selections hard to distinguish.
I personally (and this has nothing to do with the rating) had to leave because of my allergy to cats.
