I love their products!! Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!!

I bought one of your eyebrow pencils through a catalog; I can’t remember the name. Your terrific customer service doesn’t have a list of catalogs. However, the EYEBROW UNIVERSAL IS excellent! I’ll check those mags when they come in.

I like the products but the website is a nightmare. Ever time I clicked on a product it would send me back to the beginning of my search query. Whenever I clicked load all, it either wouldn’t, it all the pages would be the same. It just isn’t user friendly like other websites. It’s also annoying that you show products then when I click on it, it is it of stock or discontinued. Why show discontinued products? You’re website needs a revamp. Again, products are good, but I can’t stand the website.

I am OBSESSED with the Liquid Lipstick I got from them. I have passed by their office/lab while driving north on the turnpike not really knowing what it was. When I received my liquid lip in Verona in my Boxycharm and looked up where OFRA is located, I was surprised to learn that I live only 15 minutes away! What a gem to come out of Broward County!! Their palettes are extraordinary and their liquid lipsticks are out of this world!! I get so many compliments on the color as it is super flattering and doesn’t dry out my lips but stays matte all day and doesn’t budge whatsoever. Their highlighters are spot on with just enough shimmer without being over glittery. I don’t know how they do it, but they really make some of the best makeup I’ve ever used. I even received a deluxe sample of their Peptide Brightening mask and I always recommend it to friends as it’s has done wonders with my face. They have really done a great job with re-vamping their website (it’s gorgeous) and I really cannot get enough of their makeup or skincare. If they ever opened a local store, I know where I’d be all the time!!

These are the best products I have ever used. The pricing is fantastic and the products are far Superior to any others out there. Just try them once and you will be hooked! Especially their liquid lipstick. Stays on all day and is never flaky or dry. Trust me you will not be disappointed with this products and customer service. Great company!
