– I learn something new everyday, other employees come from seasoned backgrounds and pass down knowledge regularly – strong mentor program
– OZ is at the forefront of digital innovation
– Company growth is exponential and the room to grow within the company is very realistic as long as you do the things you’re supposed to
– Company culture is great and no micro-managing
