Whoever are managing this organization are nothing but sleezebags. They do not respond to any communication. They do not put a phone # on their stupid website either. Total fraud at the highest level. That parking lot should be bulldozed.

This company is a joke. Going to BBB, getting a ticket after you pay their crazy fee?

AVOID PARKING AT PARK BY APP!!!
Not only did I pay at the time I parked but I also wound up paying the $38.00 ticket to keep my sanity. I tried THREE TIMES in writing via email to dispute the charges. I attached the ticket and a copy of my bank debit card statement showing that I had in fact paid. The inefficient PARKBYAPP system sent an automated email all three times requesting information that I had already attached. In my opinion this is not a reputable business. In the future, I will walk 2 miles in heels to avoid parking in spaces managed by this company!!

I want to dispute but no one picks up the phone. To dispute press 1 voice-mail is always full. Tried 7 times for weeks also Tried online no one responds just says declined. So how can I dispute? This company is definitely bad business.

I have been sending Emails for a ticket that they have put me to claim for paying for my parking and nobody gives me an answer, very bad communication, nobody responds.
