Nice store and great customer service

Got my son’s costume here last minute. So it worked out okay. They weren’t very good at marking the things that were sold out and so my 6 year old was on an emotional rollercoaster of disappointment. We kept picking out costumes and getting the accessories only to be told that the costume was unavailable. To be expected for last minute costume shopping. However they had some costumes marked as sold out so they should have remained consistent. He thought he was going to be sonic the hedgehog then they were sold out. Then he thought he was going to be a ninja but that was sold out. Finally we settled on a police officer but only because someone else had ordered for it and I snuck it into my cart when the last costume didn’t come in his size. My troubles were my own fault for waiting so close to Halloween and we all left satisfised. I just wish they’d advertised better.

They’re service is horrible. I had to go get someone to check me out. And i was looking for something and they didn’t show me where it is. I Hope the store manager looks at this. Level-Up. I’m calling corporate.
