I found Pelican Inspections through my Realtor. She gave me 3 names and I chose Mark because his price was in the middle of the three and he was very helpful over the phone with my initial questions. He turned out to be an excellent and very thorough inspector. I have owned many homes, was a realtor in another state, and have been through and witnessed many home inspections for myself and clients. Mark is the best in his field. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and goes the extra mile for his clients. He won’t, however, cross the line and do anything that would put himself or his clients in jeopardy.
