I just found out today that Percent Bakery has closed its doors permanently. I am so sad that this local bakery closed. Their food was amazing. I wish them all the best luck with their future endeavors.

Had to add a second review as today I had the best pizza with a delicious crust and sauce. Also had a chicken sandwich on bread that tasted better than a good Italian bread. I have been coming back each day and tried many of the desserts as well and I couldn’t pick a favorite because they are all really delicious. Sorry my vacation is over, but I will be back for sure.

For the first time we a found a place where the food looks amazing and taste even better. The idea of having a coffee shop where we all feel free to eat without any consequences is amazing.
Highly recommended! The variety of food blew us away! I am definitely coming back soon!

Such an amazing place for those who are not able to get delicious food easily! The place is incredibly clean, organized and a great environment, staff is so nice and also helpful, and most importantly… the food is AMAZING. Even if you are able to get some gluten, try them out. They are the best!!

I have assumptions about gluten free baked goods, but these cookies and cupcakes broke those assumptions. So good! The texture is light with great flavor. Nothing like my experience elsewhere. Good tasting cappuccinos too. We bought a pound of fresh baked, bite size cookies and some cupcakes as a dessert surprise for our family dinner. Everyone was as pleasantly surprised that this was all gluten free.
