This company has unfortunately had to treat my house for subterranean and now dry wood but they do a wonderful job, they’re competitively priced and very responsive. They did a really good job saving as many of our outside plants as they could by taking the time to place them outside of the tent. They saved us a ton do work and it was very much appreciated.

They are very good I have pest control with them for ten years and havent had any issues with them. From rodents to bee. They are very honest.

Very good and honest people. Their quote for termite treatment was about $800 lower than other people and they did a wonderful job.

Not pleased with the lack of customer service…
Do not use for rodent issues. I was initially told we were under warranty for rodents. I was then charged $400 (that’s after a $100 discount for being current customers) for a tech to come to the house and lay down poison bait. He had told my wife that the rodents will eat the bait and leave the house in search of water and die outside. This is the only reason we agreed to the service and charge. When the rat ended up dying under the bathtub, I called the office to see if anything could be done, they said they would get back to me, they did not. I had to have the wall opened up, rat removed area cleaned up, wall patched and painted. I called again, they said “sorry, nothing we can do”. Hey I get it, can’t control where these things go after they eat that bait, but, the tech assured my wife they would leave the house, and frankly $400 is steep for putting down some d-con. For $30 and 45min of my time I could have done this myself with similar results. I could understand maybe $150- $200 at the high end for material and the service call so I wouldn’t have to do this myself. I’m coming up on year 2 of a 5 year service plan for termite protection with Pestex, for which I pay $189/yr, for them to do nothing but continue to guarantee my home to be free of termites, there is no actual service that is rendered each year. So this company will be forfeiting $760 in future revenue, to save $200 today. That’s just bad service and bad business.
