What a relief to know that the professionals at Cypress Creek Pet Emergency Center are here for those unfortunate and frightening times when one needs exactly that.
Not only are they professional and efficient but they are compassionate and affordable, unlike the only other choice here in South Florida.
They have saved my furry children more than once, and I will continue to recommend them every time.
THANK YOU 🙏🏼

Dr Kiser and Lindsay have always been caring and provide wonderful veterinary services. They were super gentle and supportive when my bunny needed to be helped to the rainbow.

My dog accidentally received an additional trifexis and I was FREAKING out. I read conflicting info online and couldn’t stop myself from watching my dogs every move. I called the line and the woman who answered was so calming, knowledgeable and reassuring. I didn’t have to bring my girl in but if their service is anything like she was with me on the phone I highly recommend!

The staff are very compassionate and professional. I am grateful I was able to seek care for my pet fancy rat on a holiday weekend when I couldn’t find any other veterinarians open today 1/17/2021 that would treat a fancy rat which is typically considered an “exotic animal.”
Scheduling the appointment was easy, and when we arrived they brought us in right on time.
I had the best possible experience you can have when you’re worried and stressed about your furbaby.

Thanksgiving Day I was in a panic because I was babysitting my daughter’s baby pacman frog while she was out of town. I brought him in and Dr. Schneider was able to perform a very delicate procedure on the little guy and I was so relieved- I mean they little guy is about the size of a quarter! She was so nice and the rest of the staff was wonderful as well. I had to wait awhile but I was fine with it because I needed them. While, yes, the person answering the phone and at the front desk is direct and to the point, she is not rude. She has to run an efficient office so that they can take care of as many creatures as possible that are brought in. They don’t have time for chitchat and some get offended by this. I am so glad to know they are there, especially since they see exotics. I think they are terrific!
