PetPeePee Oriental carpet urine odor removal

Pet PeePee did an AMAZING job removing cat urine from multiple panels of custom silk drapery my cat had sprayed. My curtains were returned in beautiful shape! They were clean and completely odor free which is no small task when it comes to cat spray. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I went from being completely devastated at the thought of throwing away thousands of dollars of curtains to being completely ecstatic! I don’t know anyone that could have done what Martin did. There are products out there that hide the smell, but none that completely get it out. Anyone who has experience with cat mishaps knows exactly what I mean by that. Martin is incredibly responsive and he made the process so easy. He’ll be completely honest with you on what he can and cannot do. He said he could restore my curtains and that’s exactly what he did. I know his name and number will permanently be in my contacts as it’s too valuable to misplace. I wish I could add an extra star. since that isn’t possible, I hope this review serves as one.

A neighbor friend of mine told me about Pet Pee Pee business because I had a very expensive 11 X 14 rug that had been abused by our two aging dogs for several years. I had the rug cleaned locally here in Houston many times but the residual smell made the rug unfit for my living room. I was ready to throw it away. As a last ditch effort, I contacted Meir Martin and he assured me that he could remove all the urine smell and residue. My daughter was driving to Miami and so she brought the rug (after he sent a video on how to fold it) and he met her at his warehouse on a Sunday when she dropped it off. He communicated when he cleaned it and provided a video of the whole process. I’ve just received the rug back by UPS shipment (135 lbs) and I am delighted that it has no odor and looks good as new. I am so thrilled with the results. I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

Martin was AMAZING to work with. First, we had sent him a text with a photo of our Persian rug early on a weekend morning, and he responded with a call within minutes. We were able to get an estimate, shipping label, and successfully sent off our rug to Florida within the hour.

Second, and perhaps most importantly, our rug came back as guaranteed, and the colors were livelier as well. We had already previously sent out our rug to a cleaning company (who had attempted to remove the pee smells not once but 3x to no success). Before sending it to Martin, we had also decided to air out the rug outdoors for nearly 2 months to no success.

Mr. Martin is a true mentsch! My wife and I received a beautiful 9×11 hand-knotted wool rug for a wedding gift 5 years ago. We also have 3 dogs, 2 of whom (dachshunds) decided they didn’t like the rug and continually marked; we would try and catch them and clean the rug with sprays until I finally decided to take it for cleaning at a reputable oriental rug dealer/cleaner nearby. Unfortunately, they said the odor would likely be permanent…I researched and researched and found Mr. Martin. Being someone who likes to support local business I was apprehensive at first to ship my rug (that and the cost/chore of the actually shipping). Mr. Martin immediately responded by phone to my online inquiry explaining his process and made me a fair and honest offer, with a quick turn around time.
