High turnover of their case workers. Lots of identity theft. Make sure you ask for their ID and take a pic b4 you provide your info. It will make filing a identify theft police report easier. Thank me later.

After My sons case being transferred twice because of case worker being fired / quit . The last case worker RENEE LAWERENCE ( Whose apparently not with the organization anymore ) keeps stalling when asked for my sons originals ( Proof of diagnosis, Hearing evaluations etc) Things he need to establish proof of disability. Staff is incompetent & useless . I literally changed my son insurance plan for these people to help my son & they’ve done nothing but LOSE his original documents that I can never get back !

NEVER go here, very unprofessional doesn’t give the services they promise you it just seems like everyone shows up for their paycheck. This office is full of ignorant, careless and inconsiderate people that claim they care.
