Pinnacle Village Apartments

Pinnacle Village is the worst apartment complex in America. The manager Loxene is even worse she doesn’t know how to speak to the tenants, she is beyond rude and none caring at no point has she ever showed any type of professionalism or good customer service. Not to mention this complex does not offer any kind of guest parking so good luck moving in and trying to have company over. Guest are made to park in a unsafe field across the highway from the complex with no liability. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would! 0/10 I do not recommend moving in. By the way the “black women” the others are mentioning below is “LOXENE”!!

PLEASE don’t trust the bad reviews before making any judgement go there by yourself i went there not long ago the staff i mean both ladies were more than welcoming and helpful i will be glad to get a home at pinnacle village and i recommend the place to any reasonable person .

My family is comfortable at Pinnacle Village. We love the rapport of the management team. Both Maria and Loxene treat us with respect and do a great job of managing the affairs of the community.

I just stop by pinnacle village,you guys were great from the Spanish lady in the front Maria,to her boss thanks,thanks to you my transition will be a smooth one
