Pioneer Commercial HVAC Co. is great to work with. You don’t spend hours sitting around at home waiting out the infamous “four hour window”. They stay in touch on the day of your appointment and let you know within about 30 mins of when you can expect their technician. Worked for me. Had plenty of time to get home from my office and didn’t disrupt my whole day. Everyone is great and very professional. Customer for life!

We had Pioneer Commercial HVAC Co. install a new furnace and AC unit and I couldn’t be more impressed. From my first call to the finished product, the crew were amazing. They did all the installation in one day and were very respectful of my time. They also kept me updated throughout the process and cleaned up everything!!

Excellent service from the beginning to end. Prompt response to inquiry. Quick AC repair. Technician Martin was courteous, polite and professional. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. All round excellent experience.

Our service technician was fun! Our issue had already been diagnosed and he got the fee waived in addition checked a few other things. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He also loved on our dog which was a huge plus. Highly recommend Pioneer Commercial HVAC Co.

My experience started with a good contact from Pioneer Commercial HVAC on the phone. I spoke to Ken. He did a great job explaining what would happen for the installation of our water heater. He explained all the costs and the time involved. Ken came on time and did a great job on the installation adding a drain and proper fittings. He left a clean space. I appreciate the work that was done. I would use them again.
