I am very pleased. The tech Mike Maxson was wonderful. He answered all of my questions and the job was well done. The price seems fair.

The response was timely and the technician very pleasant Company sent quote, the tech told me the price was $375 to snake from the roof of 1 story house – $100 more than quoted. I showed tech the written quote. He called office then the price changed to $275 – $50 more than quoted. Tech “unclogged” the drain in bathroom..but 2 days later kitchen drain re-clogged. Company would not warrantee work and want charge again, and started discussing working with insurance company and financing options. I went to home depot, rented a drain cleaner machine and completed the job myself. I invested 1 hour of time and less than $50. I will not advise either way about this company, I am just stating facts and will let the reader of this review draw their own decision. I gave Company 2 stars not because of the work completed but because they were timely, picture of tech sent to home owner b4 visit, and the tech was very polite.

Mike was excellent! He was professional and it was apparent that he is a expert at his craft! He helped identify the problem and patiently explained what needed to be done. I have a son who is immune compromised and it was especially important that we follow all the CDC guidelines and, I was very nervous about it.

Mike reassured me and followed through on all my requests from asking him to double mask and discuss anything we needed to talk about outside in the driveway.

Mike gets a 5 plus on my rating for the great job he did, and for the customer care and service! I highly recommend him and, I will definitely use him as needed in the future! Thanks a million Mike!

Every time I call,, everyone I’ve dealt with at Plumbing Troopers has been professional, friendly, helpful, responsive and just great to work with.

I called around 9:45 this morning with a minor issue under the kitchen sink. Mike and his colleague came out around noon. They looked at the leaking faucet and explained what needed to be done. It took them less than 30 minutes to fix the issue. They went over with me what they did. They went a step further and suggested some improvements under the sink as well. Great, responsive, friendly.

Plumbing Troopers is always the only call I make when I have plumbing issues.
