PNC Bank

I don’t understand how can a bank have so many employees doing absolutely nothing while clients wait in line 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I have been with PNC for 8 years. No matter what branch I go to people are very nice very polite and try to be helpful. I am in my sixties have been with many banks. People on here they give horrible reviews I just have to assume maybe they have a problem.

Every time I go could be the timing they arent busy and help me right away great customer service

Would give no stars if that were an option. This bank is an example of “you can’t find good help”. It is a joke. The customer service is appalling. I truly don’t think it is the bank manager’s fault, but it is what it is. They lie to customers, disappear when you need help, and can’t get anything done. On top of that, you are paid no interest on your money, while being charged exorbitant fees for their poor service. I’m looking for a new place to bank.

Excellent customer service!, Had been with my previous bank for over 25 years, they simply grew too big and forgot about me. PNC returned that personal service I have be missing for so long. Extremely please with PNC Bank and could not be happier I made the switch.
